The law firm of Fine and Chais was established by Mickey Fine in 1995. We have tried over 75 jury trials. Mickey Fine has actively participated in Gerry Spence’s non-profit Trial Lawyer’s College and the select Trial Attorney Project Program (TAPP).  Mickey Fine is a former member of the California Criminal Defense Bar Panel. He resides in the south Bay area, is married with one child, and his hobbies include Brazilian jujitsu, painting, and fishing. Bill Chais is currently a producer on the CBS television drama "Shark" and also wrote for “Family Law” and “The Practice”.
